Jodi has been actively involved in the Seattle real estate market since 2000. When she joined John L. Scott in 2003, her first year in the business, she received President's Award for Outstanding Achievement and Service, closing almost $4 million in residential volume with buyers and sellers. Jodi's professional, personal approach coupled with her commitment to the client's interest over her own allows her to provide premier service for those she represents.
Jodi is co-owner of Streetside Properties, LLC, which she and her husband, Justin, founded in 2002. Justin is a mortgage broker at Golf Savings Bank in Mountlake Terrace and truly is one of the best in the business. Jodi and Justin have a refreshing team approach helping people own and finance real estate throughout the greater Seattle area.
Whether it's living in an apartment, waterfront condo or fixer-upper, Jodi can fully appreciate all types of properties and neighborhoods this city has to offer. She has lived all over the city: Queen Anne, Wallingford , Central Area, Leschi, Seward Park and Fremont .
In 1996, B.Braun Medical recruited Jodi from Indiana University to Seattle to market and sell intravenous medical supplies throughout the entire Northwest. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Sales and Marketing from IU Kelly School of Business, consistently rated one of the top 10 business schools nationwide from U.S. News and World Report.
Jodi has actively volunteered her time with Bailey-Boushay House, COCA and Consolidated Works. She is a strong supporter of Seattle 's contemporary arts community, enjoys mountaineering WA's highest peaks, SCUBA diving and traveling overseas. Jodi and her husband, Justin, currently reside in Fremont with their 2 dogs, Sherman and Ruby and black cat, Morgan.
